Did you KNOW Self care & Self love are my passions....as a nurse I see this so much in our profession ,we are so busy looking after others we actually forget about ourselves.
What would happen..... if you gave ourselves permission to stop & fill your own cup up!
Here are some of my own daily rituals & I so love them & it's constantly changing
To nourish my body ...
I have a couple of favorite Breakie 's that I are on my go too.....
Big bowl of Acai with fresh fruit
Poached eggs, mushrooms & spinach!
Mouth is watering .......just thinking about it! LOL
To Nourish my mind....
💕 I always start my day with thank you for ........... & of course a good cup of tea☕️ (well let's be real multiples LOL).
💕Gratitude -A daily walk along the beach in the fresh air ( when I can )& being so grateful for just being & Writing out my blessings ! Journal ! so powerful !
💕Meditation -15 minutes of meditation every day to stay connected with my me & my intuition.

I created this a while back, because I heard so many say that they don't have the time ...common theme, you can meditate anywhere walking ,making a cuppa, having a shower, swimming the list just goes on , the trick is being presence ...it can be 5,10 min whatever you want.
I can remember a while back, a lady came into the Ed department lots happening in her life, I sat with her YES of course I did the nurse things LOL ,than I took her thru
the "Cup of tea Meditation" ( I actually do this a lot hmm been known as the "cup of tea Nurse & white-witch ) as she left she just turn & said I will never look at cup of tea again the same .....thank you.

Self-esteem is an area that can affect so many different areas of an individual life.
From sports professionals to teenagers, weight issues to addictions, self- esteem can lie beneath many of the issues that I work with as a hypnotherapist.
We all have times when we lack confidence and do not feel good about ourselves.
But when low self-esteem becomes a long-term problem, it can have a harmful effect on our mental health and our day-to-day lives.
Self-esteem is the opinion we have of ourselves.Self-esteem is an individual's subjective evaluation of their own worth. Synonyms or near-synonyms of self-esteem include: self-worth, self-regard, self-respect, and self-integrity.
When we have healthy self-esteem, we tend to feel positive about ourselves and about life in general. It makes us better able to deal with life's ups and downs. When our self-esteem is low, we tend to see ourselves and our life in a more negative and critical light.
We also feel less able to take on the challenges that life throws at us.
I have seen at first hand how that sense of self-worth can change everything.
Some of the signs of low self-esteem can be
Sensitivity to criticism
Excessive preoccupation with personal problems
Physical symptoms such as fatigue, insomnia and headaches
Low self-esteem is a self-fulling prophecy.
