Using Essential Oils
The first time I heard about the Doterra essential oils was from a friend in Canberra, & then again from another friend on the Gold Coast.
It seemed these beautiful oils were showing up everywhere.
I began to use them. First to help with headaches & stress.
Then I used them to help fend off a cold and then finally I was just using them to make me feel good, and to help me focus better at work.
I love the smell of the oils, and they are so easy to use and carry around.
As I do carry them around with me all the time,

After working in different Emergency Departments in hospitals in NSW as a Registered Nurse, I have seen people suffer from the long-term effects of not looking after themselves.
