"Self love is not a Luxury It is Our Highest Responsibility "
Wow, what an amazing weekend at the Herbalife STS event on the Gold Coast I had. Mixing with so many positive, empowering people wanting to learn and share on nutrition and the benefits of healthy eating and living an active lifestyle. Are you someone who is constantly on the go? Running a business, a household, getting the kids to school or getting to work and often forgetting to eat - or snacking on the go? That lifestyle just isn’t healthy.
I know the feeling though. I moved house in the last 8 months, have been setting up my coaching business and working 4 days a week as a registered nurse. I’m always on the go and so I was skipping my breakfast and eating on the run when a friend shared a herbal beverage drink (tea). I was hooked, I loved it and than after 6 weeks I tried the shakes and so I was introduced to Herbalife. What a difference it’s made to my life! I’m eating so much better now. I love starting my day with a shake for breakfast with berries, yogurt and anything I want really in it. I don’t get hungry and my energy and stamina has increased and is still on the rise. I am sleeping so much better as well, another bonus. I am toning and reshaping my body and feeling awesome and so I am now a Herbalife Distributor. I’m loving the products more and more and seeing my clients get their amazing results too. Check out my testimonials page for some results from clients. Over the next few weeks I will be promoting Health and Wellness and have some very exciting things in store. Keep watch for more on this on the website. The atmosphere at the Herbalife STS weekend had such an impact on me. I watched complete strangers meet and connect and become life long friends. Friends are special and sometimes we forget the impact they have on our lives. Again it was brought to my attention, no matter what age we start, friendships are formed! Last Saturday whilst watching a group of school children running, I noticed that two boys aged 9 had stopped. One boy had turned around and picked up his mate as he was getting tired, and so he carried him for a part of the run! What a beautiful sight to see. How often do we pick up our friends and support them in some way, without a second thought. How many times do we stop and really thank our friends and be grateful for the positive impact they have made on our lives, and how we’ve helped each other in our personal growth? We are there for each other in the good times and the difficult times. We listen without judgment, we hold them to their dreams and goals and we celebrate all their successes - big and small. In the last few weeks I have been really feeling the impact of making and meeting up with new and long term friends, so today stop and say thank you to yourself for being the most amazing friend… because you are. Have a wonderful week, Rosemary
