Wellbeing ! ​Self Care ! Self Love !
What does Self care mean to You ?
What does Self love & Wellbeing mean to you ?
I thought I would share with you some of my tips
on staying at  Level 10.
(I might add here there are days I do still have my off days & don't stay at a 10 & thats ok, Its the knowing & awareness within yourself & than taking the steps to get back on track).
​Be kind to yourself always !


Everyone is different there is no right or wrong. It all comes down to unconditionally loving all of you.

This can be done by ACCEPTING all of you and LISTENING to your heart and soul.
There was a time where I did not look after myself and I wasn't making those healthy lifestyle choices in all areas of my life due to overwhelm & not being happy with my life choices.
That's ok we all go there at times, it's what we choose to do that makes the difference & has the impact on our life.
What always comes to my mind is the movie Sliding Doors,Hmm Which one to take!


So what is loving  yourself unconditionally?
Let's find out!


When I talk about Wellbeing/Wellness there is so much more to it than just feeling well. I want to talk about wellbeing/Wellness in the key areas of our lives.

How often do you stop and feel into to your EMOTIONS?
​How are
you reacting and responding in relationships, work or play? I always told myself I didn't have the time to learn yoga or meditate. Let alone to take time out to practice and reap the benefits. Taking time out to go for a walk was even a challenge. GUILT always seemed to sneak in. As a mother and wife working full time and running a household most of my married life everyone else became the priority. Does that ring a bell to you!

​If only I had realised back then that the rewards that would have come to me, would have been two fold  in multiple ways to my self , family, friends and co workers.
When you take the time to nurture yourself first. Stress levels go down, your self talk is more positive, you become more aware of your emotions and how you are feeling & reacting.

Being respectful of all that is around you, spending time in your garden, bringing everything back to mother earth and how grateful you are to live on this amazing planet. I love my walks now and connecting to nature has the most profound effect on you by raising your vibration. When you're out walking are you listening to the birds singing, and the sound of the wind? Have you ever stopped and watched how the clouds move around and the formations that are in them? It’s just magical!

When you connect to nature breath it in, feel it's power.

I love learning new things, listening to people and hearing about their personal hobbies and how rewarding it is for them. You can see it in their expression of the satisfaction of achievement, and understanding  the love of learning. 
They are in complete self-love, no guilt attachment as they have surrendered to achieving their complete happiness. You can find this in your career,Life & in learning other cultures.
At present I am researching all the benefits of loving life to its fullest in all areas & the impact that it has on your overall wellbeing & happinesses.
How do you achieve it? What does it mean to to be happy? How do you look after yourself – self-love?
​

Work ,now this is a big one, how many of us work in a job that we are not happy in? No job satisfaction. We whinge, whine about everyone & everything. We join in with the gospel negative of course (I know because I've been there myself). We become judgemental of others because we are not happy within ourselves.

Wouldn't it be great to go to work feeling excited about our day & meeting our colleagues? 
​
I know this does take practice & certainly isn't always easy.


We all have those days that are not perfect, but how we are you responding?
Stop , be present, & connect to how you're reacting & responding.
​Ask yourself - why am I feeling this way?

​I've been doing this for a while now & I can still have  days where perhaps it's busy or I'm tired so easy to fall back into the old pattern of negative thinking.
Everyone is just trying to do their best, & of course we always believe our way is the right way. 
​
So if we practice open & honest communication with each other, & tried to stay on the same team, how would that change your day?

What are your core values that you work with daily? Stop & tune in to your heart & ask yourself this question. Than start to live & work by them,  watch your life change drastically.

Going out & being SOCIAL  can be a big one for a lot of people. How many of you, when in a social setting, are the ones who head to the corner of the room or stay with the people/person you came with, because you were unsure of how to interact?

Is it lack confidence to start a conversation? (I've had & still have my days like this). It`s okay, we all have a very unique way of interacting with people & there is no right or wrong.


Socialising is a great way to build a healthy relationship with others. As you surround yourself with different groups of people your confidence, self-esteem, self-worth starts to expand. This then builds trust of your own emotional & personal relationship with yourself & others. You start to develop active listening skills, your knowledge expands. Your capacity for empathy to others increases as well.

You will also feel comfortable in saying "NO" to the gatherings or functions you really don’t want to go to. Saying NO for the first time & meaning it without guilt is scary - again self love...try it!

Getting the right amount of exercise & proper nutrition comes in all forms. Over the years I've done the gym, running, walking, however when I made my lifestyle change - my sea change - I was looking for some way to really connect the Mind, Body & Spirit.

Meditation & yoga combined with walking along the beach - daily where possible, but normally 4 times a week - has really connected me to my heart.
I've been working full time as a registered nurse while I build my coaching business.
​I have now reduced my hours exciting after 40 years of nursing to now follow another career path ,my passion teaching self care ,self love and mindset .


​I have in the last 18 months completed my NLP Master Practitioner ,Timeline & Hypnosis & Trainer's 
as well !


No matter your dreams or obstacles, you have the power to change your life.
